Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee of $10.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  • The return request must be made within 30 days after receiving the item

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items damaged not due to manufacturing defects
  • Free gifts received with the purchase must also be returned

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it to receive a full refund. To cancel your order, please send your order number to support@cilzio.com via email.

After 24 hours, we may have already processed your order for shipping. If you want to return a shipped item, you need to follow our return policy.

  1. Contact us at support@cilzio.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you return authorization and instructions within 24 hours
  3. The return shipping fee is $10, which will be paid by the customer
  4. Ship the item back to our return address

Refund Processing

We will notify you whether your refund application has been approved after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it has been over 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@cilzio.com.

12-Month Warranty

All Cilzio smart wearable products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use conditions.

EU Return Policy

If the item is shipped to the EU region, you have the right to cancel or return the item within 30 days after receiving it without giving a reason. Please ensure that the item remains in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
