What's Not Covered

- Battery degradation due to normal aging and usage patterns
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures or chemicals
- Third-party software or app compatibility issues
- Data loss or corruption
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins from the date of original purchase and is valid for 12 months. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
Repaired or replaced products under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the repair/replacement date, whichever is longer.

Refund Processing
