How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipping time is 1-9 business days depending on your location. Total delivery time is 4-12 business days from order placement.

Yes, all orders include free shipping using our designated logistics service.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email within 48 hours after your order ships. You can use this number to track your package.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Return shipping fee is $10.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order may have been processed for shipping and must follow our return policy.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Cilzio smart wearable products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use conditions.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions, sensor accuracy issues, battery performance below specifications, charging port problems, and software defects that cannot be resolved through updates.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Physical damage from drops or accidents, water damage beyond rated resistance, normal wear and tear, battery degradation from normal aging, damage from misuse, and third-party software issues are not covered.
